We’ve decided to treat the launch of our Rewilding Mobility Program like a live client. Meaning, we’re going to make the assumption that the person reading this article has not moved for a while, wants to move better and needs a safe, measured and practical way back into fitness.

So that’s what we’re going to provide. We’ll start at the beginning and release a series of ‘do-it-yourself’ movement and mobility programs designed to slowly take you from novice to serious mover. No excuses. The only limit on your progress will be you!

Our first program will be focused on HIPS & FEET. More on that later. After this, the ART OF WALKING! And we’ll keep going: wrist loading, shoulder strengthening, movement skill basics and more. We’ll add program after program, building on a firm base and a solid foundation. Sharing practical advice, useful movement activities,¬†functional exercises and fun!

So as part of that vibe, once you’re off and running with our HIP or FEET Mobility Program and you have an idea for where you want to take your body next, what body area or skill you want to learn, let us know.
