GYMFIT is a combination of Functional Fitness and beginner/intermediate Gymnastic strength training for adults. The program is delivered by qualified and experienced staff and lead by former elite gymnast, Australian National Team member and qualified personal trainer, Daniel Grigson.

We interview and assess every person in the program to get a sense of their needs, goals and any limitations. Then, through a staged program design we coach our clients through the following stages:
- Restoring Function and Movement
- Develop Correct Movement Patterns
- Load Clients foundations
- Build Strength and Stability
- Integrate Complex Functional Movement patterns
