FOOTYEDGEThe Future of AFL Football
FootyEDGE was first delivered to the West Coast Eagles in 2004-2006 and is now exclusively available at Olympic & The Wilding Project.
AFL footballers take the hardest hits and are exposed to unpredictable situations. FootyEDGE trains athletes to survive these moments and exploit them to their advantage.
In Australian Rules Football, improved proprioception, co-ordination and aerial awareness provide massive competitive advantages and improved injury prevention.
FootyEDGE is a completely unique skill-based movement program for 14+yrs of age and designed specifically for achieving injury prevention and enhanced performance in men’s and women’s Australian Rules Football.
