We partnered with PACER (APP) and The City of Cockburn to make something very special! #febfit is a structured walking program for individuals ($15) & teams ($40) that gives people an opportunity to not only improve your fitness but reassess and rethink many aspects of your life.

#febfit tackles sleep patterns, nutrition, mindfulness, exercise and your social priorities! It’s a fitness challenge with a heart and ‘sole’.

How It Works?

  1. YOU sign up as an INDIVIDUAL ($15) or a TEAM of up to 4 people ($40) – you need to be 16yrs+ and have an Android or IOS phone.
  2. WE send you promo codes, links and all manner of things to help you download the PACER APP PREMIUM and prepare.
  3. YOU walk your tail off between 1-28 February, 2019.
  4. WE have different rates of STEPS to aim at for different levels of fitness. Throughout the month we also post daily inspirations, weekly challenges and we have a few wonderful giveaways!
  5. YOU lose weight, tone up, get stronger AND feel awesome.

To avoid the post-challenge slump and help consolidate your fitness achievements, we’ve teamed up with The City of Cockburn, ‘Healthy Eating Activity & Lifestyle’ Program.

After completing the #febfit19 challenge, if you live in the City of Cockburn and want the benefit of specialsed exercise and nutritional assistance and advice, HEAL has agreed to offer you a 6 week fitness and nutrition program in MARCH.

H.E.A.L

The ‘Healthy Eating Activity & Lifestyle’ (HEAL) is a 6 week exercise, nutrition and lifestyle program run by the City of Cockburn.

The program involves 2 contact hours per week: 1hr of exercise and 1hr of lifestyle education. You also receive specialist health consultations with professionals at the start and end of the program.
